This service allows spending money from the balance of the heritage that belongs to some beneficiaries, which does not require legal division as per the Islamic Inheritance Jurisprudence.

Required Documents

• QID copy of the applicant
• QID copy of the deceased
• Bank account details (in case the subtype is Receipt of Heritage for Heirs outside the Country)
• Bank account statement (in case the subtype is Receipt of Al Diwan's Aid or Receipt of Furniture Grant )
• Declaration of Discharge (in case the subtype is Receipt of Heritage for Heirs outside the Country)
• Court statement (in case the subtype is Disbursement of a Court Ruling, Receipt of Heritage for Heirs outside the Country, or Receipt for a Single Heir)
• Declaration from all heirs (in case the subtype is Invoices' Disbursement)
• Power of Attorney or signature of all heirs (in case the subtype is Receipt of Heritage for Heirs outside the Country or Money Refund)
• Heirs' list (in case the subtype is Receipt of Al Diwan's Aid, Money Refund, Receipt of Heritage for Heirs outside the Country, Receipt of Death Grant, Receipt of Furniture Grant, Receipt for a Single Heir,  Invoices' Disbursement, or Zakat Fund Aid)
• Invoices (in case the subtype is Invoices' Disbursement)
• Statement of the financial amount from the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (in case the subtype is Receipt of Furniture Grant)
• Other documents (in case the subtype is related to salaries' distribution of government entities)
• Acknowledgment of handing over the financial amount to the wife (in case the subtype is Receipt of Al Diwan's Aid or Receipt of Furniture Grant)
• A written letter from the wife (in case the subtype is Receipt of a Death Grant)
