Online Instructions

• Login by clicking on “Electronic Services" on the website of the General Authority for Minors’ Affairs (GAMA), by entering your username and password of the National Authentication System (NAS). If you don't have a NAS account, click on “New User" and follow the necessary instructions.
• Select “Consensual Heritage Split" service from the services list on the left side of the page.
  
• Review the points related to the notice, then click on “Next".
  
• Enter the deceased's details by entering the QID number, and the system will display the deceased's name automatically, then click on “Next".
• Fill out the inheritors' list (list number and date), then click on “Add Inheritor".
• Add the inheritor's details by entering the QID number, and the system will display the heir's name automatically, then click on “Next".
• Select the family relationship, in addition to the bank's name, branch, and country, as well as the IBAN​, then click on “Save".
• Click on “Add" to add the will and giveaway.
  
• Enter the will type, in addition to the QID number of the beneficiary and its expiry date, and the system will display the name automatically, then add the will number and registration date, then click on “Save".
• Review all the mentioned points and click on “I acknowledge", then click on “Next".
• Add general remarks on the request, if necessary, then click on “Next".
• Attach all the mandatory documents and any others ​supporting your request, then click on “Next".
• Review all the request's details and tick the checkbox of responsibility acknowledgment related to the validity of the data that has been entered, then click on “Next".
  

Required Documents

• QID copy of the applicant and all heirs
• Bank certificate stating the IBAN of all heirs
• Will and inheritors' list
• Agencies, concessions, and giveaways (if available)
• To Whom It May Concern certificate from the court of first instance
• Non-Qataris' Discharge (140 Qatari Riyals is deducted the first time) ​
  
  

Additional Information

• The system allows adding another heir and will, in addition to amending or deleting the data mentioned in the application form.
• After submitting the request online, the system will display a message confirming the success of the application's submission and will generate a tracking number necessary for follow-up through the “My Requests" screen.
